Evangelist Yvonne Emerson

Evangelist Yvonne Emerson is the First Lady and Co-Pastor of Now Faith Christian Center Church (NFCC) in Denver, Colorado She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and is the seventh of seven children. After graduating high school, she relocated to Denver, Colorado where she met and married Leon M. Emerson.

Evangelist Emerson was ordained in 1983 to help her husband lead people to another level in God. She works fervently to complement her husband's ministry, and does so with tremendous devotion. She, herself is a dynamic preacher, teacher, and songstress.

In addition to rearing four children, leading the church's women's (Women of Righteous Distinction) and music ministries, teaching Sunday School and writing her first book (to be published in the near future), she travels extensively preaching and teaching the word of God. She has a unique ability to reach and stir her audiences to excellence. The success of her balanced life is attributed to her wisdom through prayer, devotion and obedience.

Evangelist Emerson is a woman of Godly wisdom and is often sought by women of Now Faith and in the Denver community for counsel. Her warm, loving, and caring nature is the magnet that draws people to her. This exceptional woman of God aspires to see women know WHO they are in Christ, obtain every goal they endeavor and never lose their dignity or lower their standard of excellence acquiring it.
